Refund & Cancellation Policy

Memberships and personal-training services are non-refundable once purchased. Because your membership is activated immediately upon a successful payment, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, unused time, or failure to use the membership.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, which we always honour. Where the law grants you a non-waivable right to a refund — for example, a statutory right of withdrawal for distance (online) contracts, where it applies — we will process the refund as required by law.

If you were charged but did not receive the service you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Delivery Policy for how access is activated, then contact us if anything is wrong.

If your plan renews, you may cancel future renewals at any time from your member dashboard or by contacting us — this stops further charges. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law (see sections 2 and 3).

When a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment card through our acquiring bank — we cannot refund to a different card or by another method. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of approval; the time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
