This Delivery Policy explains how and when Star Gym 24/7 delivers the services you purchase through our online store. We sell gym memberships and personal-training services — there are no goods shipped by post. Delivery happens in two parts: your membership is activated online immediately after payment, and you are issued a personal access card in person at the gym to enter the facility.

1. What You Are Buying

Through our online store you purchase access to Star Gym 24/7 facilities and services:

  • Gym memberships of different durations (Monthly, 6-Month, 12-Month)
  • Personal-training services

All prices are shown and charged in Macedonian Denar (MKD).

2. How Your Purchase Is Delivered

a) Online membership activation

  • After your card payment is successfully authorized (via 3-D Secure on our acquiring bank's secure virtual POS), your membership is activated immediately.
  • You can see your active plan, dates, and status in your online member account/dashboard right away.
  • A confirmation email/receipt is sent to the email address on your account.

b) Physical gym access card

  • To physically enter the gym, you are issued a personal access card.
  • The card is issued and handed to you in person at our reception — typically on your first visit. Please bring a valid ID.
  • Nothing is mailed or shipped; the access card is collected at the gym.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Online activation is immediate in normal circumstances — as soon as the payment is confirmed. Your physical access card is issued at reception on your first visit during opening hours.

⏱️ If your payment was charged but your membership has not activated online within a few minutes, please refresh your dashboard and check your email. If it still hasn't activated, or you have a question about collecting your access card, contact us (see below) and we will resolve it promptly.

4. If You Don't Receive Access

If you experience any issue receiving the service you paid for, contact us and we will investigate and either restore your access or issue a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
